Anne Marie Jacques

Jacques, Anne Marie (Cicchese) of Weymouth, passed away peacefully on November 27, 2023. She was 90 years old.

Born in 1933 in Weymouth, she was the daughter of the late Antonio and Anna (Spallino) Cicchese.

Anne was a compassionate, loving woman who put family above all else. She enjoyed Sunday dinners with her family and cooking traditional Italian meals, especially on Christmas Eve. She cherished spending time with “the cousins”, traveling to Maine, and was an avid reader. She was a dedicated welfare case manager going above and beyond to support women and children in need. Anne was a devout Catholic with unwavering faith and a beautiful heart; embodying strength and resilience for whatever challenges came her way. She was a tremendous force of love in her sons’ lives. She valued kindness to all, a true example to live by.

Loving mother to Bill Jacques and his wife Cheryl of East Bridgewater, Tony Jacques and his wife Fernanda of Abington, and the late Michael Jacques and his wife Linda of FL. Cherished Nana to Haley, Nolan, Joshua, Austin, Ryan, Hannah, and Anthony. Beloved sister to the late Dicky Cicchese and his wife Lynne. Loving Aunt to Ricky Cicchese.

Services for Anne Marie will be held privately at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home with a processional to the cemetery immediately following. In lieu of flowers, donations in Anne Marie’s name may be made to Norwell VNA and Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061.

The family invites those interested to a celebration of Anne Marie’s life at The Mad Hatter in East Weymouth from 2-5 PM on Friday, December 1st.
