Mrs Anne Harrison Dahl of Canada, formerly of Quincy, died Wednesday October 23, 2013.
Born in Chipman, New Brunswick, Canada. At age 21 she moved to Boston Mass, married Bob Dahl in 1941, lived in South Boston and worked for South Boston Savings Bank for many years until her retirement.
In early 2003 she was hospitalized and moved near family in Charlottetown Prince Edward Island, Canada at age 86. Anne was predeceased by her parents Arthur Henry Harrison, Leila Beatrice Curley Harrison; and step father Tom McDonough. She was predeceased by her loving husband Robert Dahl of North Quincy Massachusetts in 1968. Six siblings predeceased her: Four brothers: Cecil Harrison, ( Lillian), Basil McDonough, (Blanche), Tommy McDonough, (Gertrude), and George McDonough (Lena); and two sisters: Edith Morrison (Frank) and Jean Halford (Bob). Also predeceased by two nephews Robert McDonough and Gregory McDonough, and one niece Carol Ann McDonough. Anne is survived by her youngest sister Elizabeth (Frank) McNab, and sisters in law Lillian (Cecil) Harrison, Lena (George) McDonough. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews: Clifford McDonough (Gail), Nancy McDonough LaPlante, of Saint John, NB; Holly Wright Warren ( Peter ) of Wilton Hill Connecticut, Brian (Alicia) McDonough, Mary (Mike) Prudhomme of Greater Toronto Ontario area; Charles(Katie) McDonough, Debra ( Guy) Presse of Ottawa Ontario area; Marlene (Don) Love of Mirimichi NB, and Linda (Dave) Reid of Fredericton, NB. Sandra (Tony) Ried of Fredericton NB.; Paul (Bethany) McNab. Patti McNab and Brian McNab of Charlottetown PEI. Many other grand nieces and grand nephews across Canada. Also surviving family include her late husband’s sister Martha Seaman, and three sons John Seaman, Richard Seaman and Robert Seaman of Erie Penn, and New Jersey.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on Saturday, November 16, from 11-12:30 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY followed by her Graveside Service at 1 PM in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
