Anne C. Rogers

Rogers, Anne C. (West) of Weymouth, passed away March 9, 2018.

Anne was born in Boston to the late Robert G. and Florence A. West. She was a graduate of Weymouth High School and Emmanuel College and a former teacher for many years in the Weymouth Public Schools.

Beloved wife of fifty-two years to Wilson D. Rogers, Jr. of Weymouth. Loving mother of Wilson D. Rogers III and his wife Elise, Kerry O’ Loughlin and her husband Brian, Michael Rogers, and Mark Rogers and his wife Maureen; all of Weymouth. Proud and loving grandmother of Wilson, Danny, James, Meghan, Annelise, Timothy, Kendall, Brendan and Nathan. Loving sister of Robert D. West and his wife Kathy of Weymouth, and the late Mary West. Devoted aunt of Kathleen Vergona of Florida, Robert West of Weymouth, Michael West of Weymouth and Kristen West of Norwell. Anne’s family would like to extend a sincere appreciation for the kindness and compassion of the physicians, nurses and caregivers in the Critical Care Unit and Pratt 5 at South Shore Hospital.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass at Sacred Heart Church, Weymouth at 11 AM. Burial will follow at Blue Hill Cemetery in Braintree.
