Anna M. Milne

Milne, Anna M. (Maldero) of Squantum, died August 25, 2013. 

The focal point of Anna’s life was her family and her faith.  She was a devout Catholic and attended Mass on a regular basis.  Her family gave her tremendous enjoyment during holidays, grandchildren’s activities, and all family gatherings.  A collector of dolls, her Madam Alexander collection is remarkable.  She retired as a supervisor from New England Telephone and later worked as a lunch mother for 16 years in the Squantum Elementary School.  She will be remembered for her strength, opinions, kindness and unselfish nature. 

Beloved wife of the late William Milne.  Loving mother of Bernadette MacLean and her husband Charles of Plymouth, Jeanne Roach of E. Wareham, and William J. Milne and his wife Debra of Norwell.  Sister of Josephine Donnaruma of Everett, Nancy Collacini of Peabody, Frances Davy of Holbrook, Phyllis Barone of FL, Vito Maldero of FL, and the late Mary DiNino, Louis Maldero and Anthony Maldero.  “Noni” to Chuck, Lauren, Stephanie, Adam, Alexander, William, and John.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 10:45 AM Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 11:30 AM.  Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne.
