D’Alelio, Anna L. “Nan” (Feeley), 92, of Milton, formerly of Dorchester, died on Monday, January 17, 2011. Loving wife of the late Henry J. D’Alelio. Loving mother of Edward and his wife Dawn of Hingham, John and his wife Elizabeth of Braintree, and Robert and his wife Sara of CT. Devoted sister of Ruth Doolin of Marshfield. Cherished grandmother of Greg, Jeff, Brad, Brett, Ryan and Emma. Ann was an athletic youth and enjoyed tennis, basketball, skiing and skating. She graduated from the Katherine Gibbs School and became a secretary in the Charlestown Navy Yard prior to her marriage. Her family was her life and she raised three sons. They spent summers in Marshfield in a beach house they owned and also enjoyed daily walks with her husband Henry. She was very active in St. Agatha’s Parish in Milton. Nan was intelligent, hardworking, well-read, devout, compassionate and had a strong moral character. She will be missed by all those who loved her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Thursday, January 20, 2011 from 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday, January 21, 2011 prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome’s Church, 632 Bridge St., Weymouth at 10 AM. Burial in Milton Cemetery. Donations in memory of Anna may be made to The Newman School, 247 Marlborough St., Boston MA 02116 or St. Mary’s Center for Woman & Children, 90 Cushing Ave., Dorchester, MA 02125.
