Anna L. Kendrick, a lifelong resident of Weymouth, died October 15, 2015 at the age of 93.
Anna was a devout member of the Catholic Club at Immaculate Conception Church. During WWII, she worked as a secretary at the Hingham Shipyard and at the end of the war she worked at the U.S. Navy Personnel Separation Center in Boston. For over 30 years, she worked at the New England Institute, Inc., who were sponsors of Dale Carnegie courses in Northeast New England, retiring as treasurer and vice president.
Sister of the late Mary Kendrick, Josephine Loughan, and Margaret Broderick. Aunt of Mary Loughan of Weymouth, Jeanne Loughan of Wakefield, NH, Kathleen Norris of Lakeville, Joseph Broderick of Carolina Shores, NC, Marilyn Broderick Small of Sydney, Nova Scotia and many great nieces, nephews and several cousins.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth at 10 AM. Burial in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Weymouth.
