Anna C. (Hatfield) David

Anna C. (Hatfield) David, of Weymouth, died January 24, 2016 after a year long battle with breast cancer.

Anna was a school bus driver for many years for Pilgrim Church in Weymouth. She had also worked part time for 20 years for Marshall’s Department Stores until her retirement. In her spare time she loved going camping and  bowling, and was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and Boston Celtics fan. The cornerstone of Anna’s life was her family and her grandchildren. She always enjoyed attending whatever sport or activity her grandchildren were involved in. She will be dearly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Beloved wife of 41 years to the late Ray P. David. Loving mother of Ray David and his wife, Jenny, of Cape Coral FL, Lynda Powers of Cape Coral FL, Gary David of Berkley, Ron David and his wife, Henny, of Hernando, FL, Winifred Reaber and her husband, Chuck, of Santa Monica, CA, Karen David, of Weymouth, Steven David and his wife, Karla, of Haverhill, Tom David of Newmarket, NH, and the late Kevin David. Sister of Jack Hatfield of Quincy, and the late Ruth Shea, James Hatfield, George Hatfield, Frank Hatfield, Madeline Vautrinot, Mabel Hatfield and Junior Hatfield. Also survived by 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Sq.)  Funeral services will be celebrated on Friday at 11 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
