Ann Marie Alisio

Ann Marie (Zablocki) Alisio of Quincy, formerly of South Boston, died unexpectedly on September 21, 2016. 

The beloved wife of the late John F. Alisio.  Cherished sister of Irene Zablocki Mahoney of Billerica, Susan Zablocki Russell of South Boston and the late Barbara Jacobsen and William Zablocki. Daughter of the late William and Mary (Ross) Zablocki.  Sister in law of Richard Jacobsen, Sr. and Janet Zablocki of Weymouth. Dear Friend of Kim McCratic, John Callanan, Albie, Ruthie and the late Sandy Gagne, who took wonderful care of Ann Marie.  She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Ann Marie worked as a manager for the housekeeping department for Bloomingdale’s in Chestnut Hill for many years.  She also worked as a manager/bartender at the American Legion Post #380 on Sea Street in Quincy,  a member of the ladies auxillary VFW Post # 6536 in South Boston as well as the Castle Island Association.  Ann Marie enjoyed following the New England  Patriots and all other sports teams.  She will be remembered for her devotion to her family, her great sense of humor and her smile that could light up a room.  She was a generous woman who was always there to lend a helping hand.  She will be sadly missed by all those who were blessed to have known her. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 4-8PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Monday prior to the Funeral Mass in Holy Trinity Parish at Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Quincy at 10 AM.

Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
