Ann M. Brine

Brine, Ann M. (Goyea) of North Weymouth, passed away at home October 16, 2016.  

Ann adored her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandson. She loved spending time with them and traveling all over the world, gardening, and visiting with friends. Ann worked at Boston Whaler as a buyer, where she met her husband Frank. She then went on to work in HR at South Shore Hospital and retired from Carney Hospital. She was a very outgoing and caring person. She was a classy woman with a warm smile and a friend to all. Ann will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Daughter of the late George and Sara Goyea. Beloved wife of Frank Brine of North Weymouth. Cherished mother of Robert Culbert and his wife Jennifer of Gloucester and the late Richard Culbert. Devoted “Bena” of Meghan Culbert, Katharine Busillo, and Braeden Busillo, all of Gloucester. Loving step-mother of Robert Brine, his son Mitchell and grandson Tyler of Wareham, Donald Brine and his son Noah and daughter Alex of Fall River, Stacey Braddock and her son Jeremy of E. Bridgewater, and Lisa Brine of South Weymouth.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off Route 3A – Bicknell Square). Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 9:30 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 10:30 AM. Burial in Fairmount Cemetery, Weymouth.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Ann may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
