Ann M. (Walsh) Keane

Ann M. (Walsh) Keane, of Quincy, died peacefully at home on Monday, November 4, 2024. She was 90.

Ann was born in Ireland, Rosmuc, Co. Galway, on June 2, 1934, and was the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Conneely) Walsh. 

Ann was the beloved wife of the late Thomas Keane, with whom she shared 49 loving years of marriage. She was the devoted mother of James and his spouse Brenda Morrison of Quincy, Noreen Murray and her spouse Bill of St. Petersburg, Florida, Thomas and his spouse Jennifer Mullins Keane of Quincy, Nancy Wurtz and her spouse Dana of Lexington, and Joan Berthelot and her spouse Robert of Braintree. Ann was the loving grandmother of eight and the loving great grandmother of three. She is survived by her sister Sally Oliveri of Pepperell, John Walsh of Camus, Co. Galway Ireland, and Michael Walsh of London, England. She is predeceased by her siblings Mary, Bridget, Paddy, Colm, Seamus, Nora, Larry, and Martin. 

The most important things in her life were her family and her strong Catholic faith.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Ann’s Funeral Mass on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 10:30 AM at Holy Trinity Parish in Most Blessed Sacrament Church, Quincy.

Services will conclude with interment in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
