Ann Jefferson

Ann Jefferson, Age 96, of Hingham, MA, passed away on October 9 after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Ann is the wife of the late Albert Jefferson of Hingham and Ocala, FL, mother of Pat Villani and husband Stephen of Hingham, William Jefferson and wife Maureen of Summerville, SC. She is the grandmother of Tiffany (Villani) Stonkus and husband Mark of Hingham and Boca Raton, FL, Brandon Jefferson, the late Stephen Villani, Jr. and great-grandmother of Logan Stonkus.

Always happy, Ann was a shining light of kindness and was deeply loved by her family, dear friends, former co-workers, and her caregivers at Allerton House and Harbor House. She loved to travel and she enjoyed many vacations with her family whom she adored. Ann and her husband were great fans of many sports; they had season tickets for 25 years to both the Patriots and Ann’s beloved Red Sox. 

Relatives and friends are invited to join in a memorial mass on Saturday, October 22 at 1pm at Saint John the Evangelist, 172 Main Street, Hingham.  In lieu of flowers, should friends desire, memorial contributions may be made to “Lucy’s Love Bus,” 89 South Street, Suite LL02 Boston, MA  02111. “Lucy’s Love Bus” delivers comfort and quality of life to pediatric cancer patients with free integrative therapies such as massage, yoga and horseback riding, to ease their pain
