Ann E. (Reagan) Kelsey of Hingham passed away on August 10, 2018 at the age of 86.
Ann was born in Medford and moved to Norwell at the age of 13. She graduated from Norwell High School and attended Bridgewater State Teachers College. Ann worked for New England Telephone & Telegraph and spent the majority of her career as an Accounting Manager at the Arkwright Mutual Insurance Company. Upon her retirement, she moved to Vermont where she lived for several years before returning to her roots on the South Shore. She enjoyed music, theater and a good book. She also loved to travel and spent much of her early adulthood living abroad in Japan and Germany while her husband served in the U.S. Army.
Ann was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George A. Kelsey, Jr., her parents Gladys and Joseph E. Reagan, brothers William M. Reagan and Joseph E. Reagan, Jr., sister Ellen L. Reagan and grand-nephew Joseph. She will be greatly missed by her sister Janet Reagan, as well as her extended family including her niece Beth Reagan, nephews David Reagan, Thomas Reagan and his wife Marcia, Mark Reagan and his wife Kathy and her two grand-nephews William and Conor.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday from 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. A funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM in the Funeral Home. Burial in Washington Street Cemetery, Norwell.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in Ann’s memory may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, State House, Room 546, Boston, MA 02133.
