Ann C. Doherty-White

Doherty-White, Ann C. (Maisey) of Kingston, formerly of Charlestown, Quincy, Cape Cod and So. Venice, Florida, died on August 26, 2013. Ann was born and raised in Charlestown. She moved to Quincy in 1959 and raised her family there. Ann also spent time on Cape Cod as well as South Venice, Florida. She worked for Quincy Saving Bank for more than 20 years retiring 1985 as an Assistant Treasurer. Ann was a devout Catholic, her family and her faith were the cornerstones of what was truly important to her. She was a fan of all her children especially supporting their extra curricular activities. Ann enjoyed all social activities. She loved dancing, swimming, walking and just enjoyed being with others. She was a strong, sweet and kind lady who was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. She will be sadly missed.

The beloved wife of the late Raymond Doherty and the late Robert White. Loving mother of Julie Doherty of Stoneham, Marjarita Doherty and Barry Driscoll of Wollaston, Raymond Doherty and his wife Lynette of Yarmouthport, James Doherty and his wife Adrienne of Plymouth. Step Mother of Robert White of Wakefield, James White of Salisbury and Patricia White of Billerica. Sister of the late William Maisey, Jr., Marjarita Maisey, S.J. , Rose Marie Havey and Alberta Enright.  Step grandmother of Robbie & Brian White.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation on  Thursday morning from  8:30-9:30 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden. Donations in memory of Ann may be made to Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 480 Pleasant Street, Watertown, MA 02472 or to Cranberry Hospice, 36 Cordage Park Circle, Plymouth, MA 02360.
