Scott, Anita A. (Sprague) of S. Weymouth, October 30, 2006. Beloved wife of Stanley H. Scott of S. Weymouth. Loving mother of Donald M. of Abington, Stanley H. Jr., of Brockton, Donna M. Brownlee of CA and Sally A. of S. Weymouth. Sister of the late Arthur Ackles. Cherished grandmother of Lisa, Andrew, Michelle, Scott, Emily and Claire. Loving sister in law of Ruth Ackles of TX and Helen Scott of Hanover. Dear friend of Vivian Reid of KY and Alice Strong of ME. Also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy, Thursday at 7PM. Visitation will be prior to the service from 5-7PM. Anita’s focus in her life and that which gave her the most joy was her family, especially the grandchildren. She used to love taking care of her grandchildren when they were infants. The Scott family has been vacationing together in Bayside, ME for the past thirty-five years. Anita loved to shop and could be seen at most major malls. She loved her clothes. She also enjoyed going to dinner with family and friends, a good high ball and a black cup of coffee. Anita was a member of Eastern Star and Colonial Lanes Bowling Club for many years. Her family remembers her with a big smile, days at the beach and islands, dancing and just enjoying herself.
