Aniela Starzyk

Starzyk, Aniela of Quincy, passed away July 1, 2010. Wife of the late John Starzyk. Loving mother of Zbigniew “Ziggy” Starzyk and his wife Dora of Quincy. Loving grandmother of Michael and Joseph Starzyk of Quincy. Sister of the late Julian Syrek and Zygmunt Syrek. Aunt of Stefan Syrek and his wife Elizabeth and their daughter Monica of Brockton and Christine Waters and her husband Richard and their daughter Katie of Boston. Mrs. Starzyk immigrated to the United States in 1963 from Poland. She worked for Modern Electro Plating in Roxbury from 1965 until her retirement in 1988. She loved gardening and was an excellent cook. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Tuesday 5-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, South Boston at 10 AM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Donations in memory of Aniela may be made to Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 655 Dorchester Avenue, South Boston, MA 02127.
