Anh Nguyen

Anh Nguyen, of Quincy MA, passed away on Monday, June 5, at the age 75 after a short but courageous battle with ovarian cancer.

She is survived by her children Thuy Cataldo (Chris Cataldo) of Endicott, NY, Nguyen Le (Amy Telfair) of El Segundo, CA, and Quan Le (Sandra Crowley) of North Grafton, MA; her beautiful grandchildren Lauren, Tom, Michael, Logan, Genevieve, and Brayden; her sister Oanh Drozdowski and brothers Hoang Nguyen, Steve Kodo, and David Matthews; and her long-time friend and partner in crime, Fred Gardiner.

Anh had worked at HP Hood in Charlestown, MA. In her retirement years, she had worked at Kohl’s for over 10 years. She was a volunteer at the Quincy Council of Aging at the Kennedy Center serving the Meals on Wheels. She was also an active member of the THIỀN VIỆN BỒ ĐỀ (Vietnamese Buddhist Center).

The family will receive friends at Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., Quincy, on Friday, June 9^th from 5:30 pm – 8 pm.

Her children would like to thank her friends at the Buddhist temple and at Kohl’s for the love and kindness they gave her over the last few months. And thank you to everyone for the love and support that you have shown our family.
