McDonald, Angela M. (Hughes) of Quincy formerly of Dorchester,June 02, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Daniel J. McDonald. Loving mother of Daniel W. McDonald and Marilyn Cormier of Pembroke and Angela T. Finney and her husband Douglas of Concord, NH. Sister of the late Gertrude O’Connell. Devoted grandmother of Melissa McDonald of NY, Danielle Cormier of Norwood, Noelle Cormier of Pembroke, Kyle Finney of Stanford, CT, Benjamin Finney of Austin, TX and Amanda Finney of Concord, NH. Angela was born and educated in Boston graduating from University Hospital School of Nursing in Boston. Angela worked as a special duty nurse at Mass General Hospital for 40 years before retiring in 1981. Angela was a very industrious person who was constantly doing projects around the house. She loved to cook and always enjoyed a good cup of tea. Most of all Angela’s passion was to vacation at Silver Lake in New Hampshire with her family. She truly loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to know her. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Sunday, June 06, 2010 3-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock Street, QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:30AM on Monday, June 07, 2010 prior to the Funeral Mass in Saint Agatha’s Church, Milton at 10:30 AM.
