Andoneta Ronxhi

Andoneta (Donika) Ronxhi passed away peacefully on January 18, 2022, at the age of 87, surrounded by her loving family.

She is survived by her son Vladimir Ronxhi and his wife Viku Ronxhi of Quincy; her grandchildren, Clyde and Janey Ronxhi of Quincy; her brother Kiço Bellovoda of Korça; and many loving nieces, nephews, extended family, and lifelong friends.

Born in Korça, Albania, Andoneta was the daughter of the late Sotir and Vrisidha (Roshanji) Bellovoda, and the cherished sister of the late Valentina (Bellovoda) Orgocka and Vasillaq (Bebi) Bellovoda. In 1952, she married Kosta Ronxhi of Tirana, who predeceased her in 1957. Andoneta worked for many years as a seamstress, and in her later years, she took great pride in helping raise her grandchildren.

In 2005, Andoneta moved to the United States to live with her family and was a resident of Quincy for 17 years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, sewing, and spending time with her family. Andoneta was a hardworking, selfless, and loving person. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends and all those whose lives she touched.
