Hammarstrom, Alice F. (Locke) of Weymouth, passed away after her battle with Alzheimer's on January 6, 2025. She was 84.
Known affectionately as the "mother of the neighborhood," Alice's nurturing spirit extended far beyond her own family of six children, touching the lives of countless individuals throughout her remarkable life.

Her unwavering dedication to her patients exemplified her loving and kind nature, earning her the deep respect and admiration of her colleagues and those she cared for.
Alice's nurturing did not end at the hospital doors; her home was a sanctuary of love and laughter. Her garden, a testament to her patience and gentle touch, bloomed with as much vibrancy as the life she cultivated within her family and community. Her love for singing and dancing brought joy to many gatherings, creating memories that would echo in the hearts of friends and family for years to come.
