Alfred Silvia, Jr., 61, of Braintree, MA, went home to be with his Lord and Savior last Thursday after a long illness.

Al the beloved husband to Mary (Gallagher) Silvia, and a loving, doting father to his daughter Chrystal. He was known as a strong, quiet, loving person, he was born in Fall River, MA to the late Alfred Sr. and Mary Silvia. Devoted stepson to the late Margaret Silvia. Dear brother of Doreen, Elaine, Alan and the late sister Alice. Al is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 10:00 – 11:00 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM.
