Alfred A. Tramonte

Tramonte, Alfred A. of Dorchester, formerly of S. Boston, passed away September 27, 2011. Beloved son of Alfred F. Tramonte of Quincy. He was predeceased by his birth mother, the late Helen (Cognata) and his mother that raised him, the late Margaret (Tuohy). Loving brother of Robert J. Tramonte of Quincy. Longtime companion of Mary Zagami. Nephew of Geno Cognata of Medford and Angelina Vultaggio of Medford. Also survived by many cousins, aunts and uncles. Alfred’s life revolved around his loving family. He enjoyed playing the guitar, animals, and his faith. He will be remembered as being humble, caring and thoughtful. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 5-8PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Monica’s Church, S. Boston, at 10 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.
