Harring, Albert K. of Hull April 4, 2004. Husband of the late Mary D. (Dean) Harring. Loving father of Dean K. Harring of Chicago, IL, Candace M. Buzzard of Harare, Zimbabwe, Scott M. Harring of Lodi, CA, Tracey J. Mann of Weymouth, Patrick J. Harring of Marshfield, Brenda D. Cleverly of Palmetto, FL and the late David Harring. Brother of Josephine Forrest of Everett, Peter Harring of AZ, William Harring of FL and the late John Harring. Uncle of Deborah McMullen of W. Hartford, CT and many nieces & nephews. Also survived by 13 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Wednesday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4-8 PM. Cremation will follow service. Mr. Harring grew up in Everett was a graduate of Everett High School. He enlisted in the United States Army in February of 1946 and was honorably discharged in 1949. After the war, he graduated from the New England School of Art where he met his late wife Mary. Together they owned & operated Harring Realty, out of Hull, for 20 years. Mr. Harring also worked as a commercial advertising artist for the former Commercial Union Insurance Company for 10 years (currently at 1 Beacon). In his early career, Albert worked for several years as a commercial jewelry designer for the Balfour Company in Attleboro, MA. He then moved to the Bale Pin Company in Boston where he served as director of advertising and design for many years. He also was a watercolor artist and jewelry designer who loved the ocean, jazz music & skiing while at his chalet in Conway, NH. Donations in memory of Mr. Harring may be made to South Shore Elder Services, 159 Baystate Dr., Braintree, MA 02184.
