Picardi, Albert A. of Quincy September 8, 2007. Husband of the late Josephine (Nota) Picardi. Loving father of Alfred A. “Buddy” Picardi and his wife Kathleen of Quincy. Brother of Margaret DiPrizio of Revere and Michelina DeAngelis of Ipswich and the late Carmen, Massamino and Louis Picardi. Devoted grandfather of Jason Picardi, and Jill Kyranis and her husband Angelo of Quincy. Great grandfather of Sophia Kyranis. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Tuesday at 12 Noon. Visitation will be prior to the service on Tuesday morning beginning at 10am. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. U.S. Army W.W. II Veteran. Albert was born in Boston and raised in East Boston. Lived in East Boston for 50 years before moving to Quincy in 1965. Albert served in the United States Army during W.W.II. He worked for Calendar Linen in Chelsea as a route salesman retiring back in 1979 after 35 years with the company. He enjoyed sport especially the Boston Red Sox. Albert was a quiet man who was devoted to his late wife Josephine and his only son Albert. He throughly enjoyed being with his family . He was a generous man who was always there for his family. He will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure to know him.
