Alan G. Franchuk

Franchuk, Alan G. of Quincy, died April 4, 2016.  

Alan graduated from Suffolk University with his Bachelor’s degree in Science.  He worked as an technician for a medical equipment company for over 40 years. Most recently he worked for Covidien in Mansfield, MA. Alan enjoyed movies, reading, collecting art and traveling, especially to Europe.  His main pleasure in life was spending time with his family and friends.  Alan will be sadly missed.

Beloved son of the late Constantine and Anne Franchuk.  Loving brother of Constance “Connie” Tandy and her husband David of Quincy and the late Michael Franchuk.  Cherished uncle of John Tandy and his wife Jennifer of Holbrook, Courtney Ready and her husband Zack of Quincy and Juliet Tandy of Weymouth.  Devoted great uncle of DJ and Emma Tandy. Also survived by many cousins and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 10-11 AM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday at 11 AM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy.  Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
