Mulrooney, Agnes M. (Glancy) of Weymouth, passed away January 12, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.

Agnes was an avid gardener. She loved the water and the outdoors. Agnes will be remembered for her kind and sweet soul which has touched the lives of many. 

Loving wife of the late John J. Mulrooney.  Caring mother of Joan Mulrooney of Weymouth, John J. Mulrooney, Jr. and his wife Faith of Phippsburgh, ME, Claire A. Fiore and her husband Ralph of New Boston, NH, Kevin M. Mulrooney of New Boston, NH, Brian Mulrooney of Weymouth, and the late Dennis Mulrooney.  Devoted sister of James Glancy of FL., her late sisters: Mary, Sadie, Gertrude, Margaret, and Catherine; and her late brothers: William, John, Thomas, Frank, Richie, Joe, and Charlie.  Beloved grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.  Also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Agnes’ family is so grateful for the care provided by her angels Maryann DiMattio, Gini Wilkins-Quinn, Courtney Pires, Gail Crosby, Jessica Gerard, and the caring staff at Norwell Hospice for their mom.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday, January 15 from 4-8 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home NORTH WEYMOUTH at 40 Sea Street (off RT.3A-Bicknell Sq.).  Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8AM prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth at 9AM on Wednesday. Burial on Thursday at 12:30 in MA National Cemetery, Bourne.

Donations in memory of Agnes may be made to Old Colony Hospice 1 Credit Union Way, Randolph MA 02368.
