Adam G. Salhaney

Adam G. Salhaney of Weymouth passed away unexpectedly in San Diego, California on October 6, 2017.  He was 27 years old.

Adam had an authentic gift for inspiring others to explore, travel, and pursue their dreams.  He was loved by many people, friends old and new, around the world.

Adam was the beloved son of Karen Salhaney Smizer and her husband Karl of Weymouth, and Steven Salhaney and his wife Karen McDonough of Hingham.  Dear brother of Sarah Duguay and her husband James, and Peter Salhaney, all of Weymouth.  Beloved grandson of Louise Tucciarone of Braintree.  Loving uncle of Sophie Duguay.  Dear stepbrother of Nicole and Ryan McDonough, and Perry Smizer.

Visiting hours will be held Friday October 13, 2017 from 3:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home 809 Main St. South Weymouth.

At the sincere request of Adam’s family, please do not send flowers to the visiting hours, but make a donation in Adam’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (stjude.org) 501 St. Jude Pl. Memphis, TN 38105.

Adam’s Funeral Mass will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 72 Washington St., Weymouth.

A private interment will be held at a later date.
