Robert S. Williams

Robert S. Williams, of Bridgewater, formerly of Dorchester, died May 27, 2021.

Bob proudly served in the US Army and went on to have a successful career with Gillette for over 35 years. He loved days at the beach, camping trips with family and a game of pool with friends. Bob took great pride in his home and could often be found making improvements or tinkering in his yard. Winters were enjoyed in New Smyrna Beach, Florida. Bob loved to make people smile and was happiest when surrounded by loved ones, especially his grandchildren. He will be deeply missed.

Beloved husband of 51 years to Dorothy E. (Brown) Williams of Bridgewater. Devoted father of Michael Williams and his wife Kristen of ME and Brian Williams of Taunton. Cherished Grampa of Colby and Olivia. Loving brother of Richard Williams of GA, Nancy Tibbetts of Middleboro, Doris Delorey of Marston Mills and John Williams of Weymouth. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 8 AM Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in Holy Ghost Church, Whitman at 9 AM.

Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 12:45 PM.
