Ilias G. Emmanouilidis

Emmanouilidis, Ilias G. of Braintree, died August 4, 2016.  

Ilias was born in Evia, Greece and was very proud of his Greek heritage.  He was a member and one time president of Evoiko Society in Boston.  Ilias was owner and operator of E & S A1 Automotive in South Boston and could fix just about anything with cars.  He enjoyed cooking, gardening, singing and dancing.  His main passion was his family and spending time with those he loved.  Ilias will be remembered for his energetic and helpful personality.

Beloved husband of Sandy Emmanouilidis of Braintree.  Devoted father of George Emmanouilidis of Braintree and Yianni Emmanouilidis of Quincy.  Caring brother of Apostole Emmanouilidis of Greece, Kostas Emmanouilidis of Greece and the late Demitri Emmanouilidis.  Cherished friend and colleague of Joe Ouzounidis.  Also survived by extended family and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Sunday 3-6 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Monday at 10 AM in St. Catherine Greek Orthodox Church, Braintree. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
